KSL 950
KSL Slicing Machine has a capacity up to 250 slices per minute of frozen fillets at a temperature of -12 to 16 degree Celsius. The machine is made of stainless steel and is easy to clean. The Slicing Machine is driven by 220 V electricity only and compressed air and water is therefore not needed. The thickness of the slices can be adjusted from 1mm to 5mm and can slice fillets from the smallest to the largest sizes. The fillets can be sliced from head-end or tail-end respectively. The slicing angle is automatically adjusted during the process. |
