EASY-MATIC 62
This
machine is similar to the EASY-MATIC 52, differing only in the type of
head used. With this machine the head automatically adjusts to the
necessary angle needed to remove the pinbone, eliminating the need for
the operator to angle the fillets. The capacity is the same as the
EASY-MATIC 52. |

This
machine is equipped with 2 pinbone-removing heads and is capable of
processing approximately 700-1200 kgs (1540-2640 lbs.) per hour, or 16 -
22 pieces per minute, depending on the type and size of salmon. |

This means that this machine
like our other machines has a very low meat loss.
And is very gently to the filets, which means gaping not appears on a
correct adjusted machine.

This
model can be build in different
length depending on your demands. The machine can be adjusted in
height and can be installed in
extension of other conveyor belts.

the belt there is water spray
system for continuous cleaning of the belt during production. The
speed of the belt can be adjusted.

kept clean with either water or air during production. The
capacity of the machine is about 1500 – 3000 kg per hour, The machine

EASY-MATIC

Tiny and smart hand held de-boner developed on the same principles as the
well known EASY – MATIC de-boners. EM 10 is ideal for Fish Shops and
processors with minor demand for de-boning, as well as checking / removing
the last couple of pinbones after the pinbone removers.
